Focus Your Mind

Sometimes you can spread yourself too thin. I took a long time to realise, every time I started a new hobby the meaning in my life was being spread thin. I needed to focus my concentration on the things important to me. At that moment I began to develop deep meaning.
Meaning in life is the motivation to action (If your not willing to sacrifice, it isn’t worth doing). - First Life Lesson
Focus your thought
Start with something simple like writing a list of things to do tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, and so on. This strategy has helped me to see the important things in my life. The simple act of writing a  to-do list forces the mind to choose what is important. Over time, and with revision the to-do list will become more focused as you start to value your time and effort more.
