Finding Insperation

I started to blog in 2005 as a way to piece together my thoughts; a search for inspired and awakened thinking. Writing about the experience helped
  • remove self limiting thoughts
  • uncover hidden truths
  • discover purpose
  • following personal dreams.
While writing I found it is the questions I ask that guide my thoughts and learning. Step by step I am learning to ask better questions.
A summary of my philosophy

cul·ti·vate
[kuhl-tuh-veyt]
1. to promote growth by labour and attention.
2. to develop and improve by education and training; to refine.

Identity

  • being oneself; distinctive, unique and individual
  • the same as described
  • providing sameness and continuity in personality over time
  • individuality, personality, distinctiveness, uniqueness
Erik Erikson described identity as a sense of self that develops during the course of a person's life. The personality that relates him to and sets him apart from his social milieu.

Authentic/Authenticate

  • being oneself
  • providing sameness and continuity in personality over time

“When you step into an intersection of fields, disciplines and cultures, you combine existing concepts into a large number of extraordinary new ideas! Innovations and creativity flourishes at the intersections.” - Frans Johansson (The Medici Effect)
