Changing Your Life Path

The first step to changing your life is accepting your situation and knowing change doesn't happen in an instant. Many factors have brought you here and it will take time for your life to change. Changing your life requires constant effort towards constant goals i.e changing goals is counter productive. You will need to accept the past can't be changed and will need to accept things as they are. But hope lies in the future, its a blank canvas.
So, where should one begin?
I am not an expert on life, so what I'm writing about comes from personal experience. In this blog I write the about ideas that have helped shape my life. My philosophy is strongly influenced by what I learned from reading Stephen Covey's book "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". I recommend you read it.

To summarise my guiding principle for life in one sentence.
"Keep thoughts, beliefs, values and goals congruent".
