Learning to Improve Our Life Experience

The experience of life experience isn't measured in hours and minutes, life is experienced by what we think. Our learning plays a big part in how we judge our life. The judgment is be based on our values of what is good and bad.
Memories are often a source of pain because we judge them to be bad . The bad experience was influenced by our emotions. If we are clinical and look at our memories as history and stop being emotional about the past, we free ourselves to plan a future that won't include the mistakes of the past.

How do we learn to improve our life experience?
  1. Be positive
  2. Be responsible for your emotions
  3. Know the past doesn't have to be your future
  4. Seek out the life you want
  5. Make the right choice
  6. Set goals
